细胞间连接和肌动蛋白在微血管通透性调节中的作用 被引量:5

摘要 细胞骨架蛋白之一的肌动蛋白 (actin)、细胞间粘附连接 (AJ)和紧密连接 (TJ)是调节微血管内液体及各种大分子物质外渗屏障功能的重要因素。它们三者在结构和功能上密切相关。炎性因子等可通过信号传递或直接作用于actin ,AJ和TJ ,通过actin解聚和聚合的转换导致actin纤维断裂及其再分布 ,并引起AJ和TJ中粘附蛋白的结构和功能改变 ,导致微血管内皮屏障功能破坏、通透性增高。
