摘要
在饮食业油烟研究方面 ,采样方法、分析方法、治理方法是其主要的三个方向 ,有关饮食业油烟毒理性的研究也有报道。
The sampling method,analytical method and treating method are the main three sections in the aspects of cooking fume study,and the toxicological study of cooking fumc has been also reported.
