摘要
用正交试验和单因素试验 ,研究以粉煤灰为原料合成PAFCS的最佳工艺和条件。通过两步酸溶和聚合步骤 ,在pH=1 40 ,[Al3+ ] /[SO4 2 - ] =15~ 2 0条件下 ,制成高效无机复合絮凝剂聚氯硫酸铝铁 (PAFCS)。处理模拟废水试验表明 ,PAFCS比工业PAC去浊率高 ,耗量少 ,适用处理水的pH值范围为 6~ 12。以粉煤灰为原料合成PAFCS 。
The technology and optimal condition for PAFCS coagulant preparation with the pulverized fuel ash are researched by orthogonal and single factor experiment The high effective inorganic compound flocculent PAFCS is made under the optimum condition of pH=1 40,[Al 3+ ]/[SO 4 2- ]=15~20 by two step dissolving in hydrochloric acid solution and polymerization procedures Simulated wastewater test results show that comparing to PAC, PAFCS has the high turbidity removal rate, and the little dosage, and wide applicable pH range of waste water(6~12) It is not only reducing the production cost but also solving the solid waste pollution to use pulverized fuel ash as raw materials
