L-精氨酸对大鼠腹部皮瓣缺血再灌注损伤的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :探讨一氧化氮 (nitricoxide,NO)前体L 精氨酸 (L arginine,L arg)对大鼠腹部皮瓣缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法 :应用大鼠腹部岛状皮瓣模型 ,术后 2 2h,对皮瓣组织内中性粒细胞 (polymorphonuclearneu trophil,PMN)浸润情况进行计数 ,术后 7d观察皮瓣坏死情况。结果 :皮瓣经受缺血再灌注损伤后组织内PMN浸润数和皮瓣坏死面积显著上升 ;应用L 精氨酸后PMN浸润数和皮瓣坏死面积明显下降。结论 :L Objective: To study the effect the administration of L-arginine(a precursor of nitric oxid e) on abdominal flaps in rats after ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods: An abdominal island flap model in rats was used. Polymorphonuclear neutrophil(PM N) counts at 22 hours and flap necrosis at 7 days were evaluated. Results: PMN counts and flap necrosis significantly increased in flaps suffered from isch emia-reperfusion injury. PMN counts and flaps necrosis in L-arginine treated rats were significantly decreased. Conclusion:Administration of L-arginine could protect abdomina l flaps in rats from ischemia-reperfusion injury.
