摘要
目的:观察比较砷致皮肤癌、非砷致皮肤癌及皮内痣在细胞核浆面积比(核浆比)及细胞核形态计量参数间的区别,为研究砷致皮肤癌提供形态学方面的参考指标,为鉴别皮肤良恶性肿瘤提供指标。方法:对砷致皮肤癌、非砷致皮肤癌和皮内痣3种组织的每例石蜡块分别行常规HE染色,用MIAS-300图像分析仪对细胞进行核浆比及细胞核的形态计量学参数(灰度、形状因子、最小直径、最大直径、周长、面积、颗粒数)进行定量测定。结果:核浆比、细胞核形态计量参数(灰度、形状因子、最小直径、周长、面积)在皮肤癌(砷致、非砷致)和皮内痣之间均有显著性差异(P<0.05),而在砷致与非砷致皮肤癌之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:核浆比、细胞核形态计量参数是鉴别皮肤良恶性肿瘤较理想的形态学指标,但尚不能用于砷致皮肤癌与非砷致皮肤癌的鉴别。
Aim: To observe and compare nucleus/cytoplasm ratio, nuclear morphological parameters (grey, form factor, minimal diameter, maximal diameter, perimeter and area) in arsenic-induced skin cancer, nonarsenic-induced skin cancer andintradermal nevus in order to provide reference information for arsenic-induced skin cancer in morphology, to provide related indexes for distinguishing malignant tumor from benign tumor. Methods: Paraffin-embedded sections of arsenic-induced skin cancer, nonarsenic-induced skin cancer and intradermal nevus were stained with HE. Nucleus/cytoplasm ratio, nuclar morphological parameters (grey, form factor, minimal diameter, maximal diameter, perimeter and area) were measured with a MIAS-300 image analysis system. Results: There were signifinant differences in nucleus/cytoplasm ratio, nuclear morphological parameters (grey, form factor, minimal diameter, maximal diameter, perimeter and area) between skin cancer (arsenic induced, non-arsenic-induced) and intradermal nevus (p<0.05), Whereas there was nosignifinant difference between arsenic-induced and nonarsenic-induced skin cancer (p>0.05). Conclusions: Nucleus/cytoplasm ratio and nuclear morphological parameters are ideal morphological indexes for distinguishing malignant tumor from behign tumor, but these parameters can抰 be used for differential diagnosis of arsenic-induced skin cancer from nonarsenic-induced skin cancer.
