不同剂量缬沙坦对高血压病患者尿微量蛋白的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察缬沙坦对高血压病患者动态血压和尿微量蛋白的影响。方法  46例高血压病同时有尿微量蛋白异常患者随机分为二组 :缬沙坦 80 mg组与 1 60 mg组 ,疗程 4周。观察治疗前后动态血压及尿微量白蛋白 (Alb)、尿免疫球蛋白 G(Ig G)、尿转铁蛋白 (TRF)、尿 N—乙酰— β— D氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG)的变化及与药物剂量的关系。结果  (1 )缬沙坦 80 mg组与 1 60 mg组治疗后均能显著降低血压 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,两组降压效果相似 ;(2 )缬沙坦治疗后明显减少尿微量蛋白排泄 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,其中以 1 60 mg组对改善尿微量蛋白更为有效。结论 缬沙坦除具良好的降压作用外 ,能明显减少尿微量蛋白 ,对肾脏起到保护作用 ;随药量增加 ,减少尿微量蛋白作用更为明显 。 Objective To investigate the effect of valsartan on ambulatory blood pressure and microalbuminuria of essential hypertensive patients.Methods Forty six cases with essential hypertension were divided randomly into two groups:valsartan(80mg qd)and valsartan(160mg qd).Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Ambulatory blood pressure,parameters of renal function such as uAlb,uIgG,uTRF and uNAG were measured before and after treatment.Results (1)After receiving valsartan,a reduction of blood pressure was significant(P<0.01),but reduction in blood pressure was equivalent in two groups.(2)Urinary microalbumin excretions were significantly less than those before treatment in two groups(P<0.01).Valsartan(160mg qd)group are more effective than Valsartan(80mg qd)group in the decrease of albuminuria(P<0.05).Conclusions Valsartan can decrease not only the blood pressure,but also decrease the microalbumin in urine.In addition,the drug also protect kidney functions.
