摘要
降低和规避财务风险是保证企业并购成功的重要因素。论述了财务风险的种类,并从支付方式 和融资渠道二个方面进行了详细分析,提出合理选择的建议。
Daljase and evade the financial risk is an important factor which can assure the merger success.The article discuss the kinds of financial risk and bring forward the suggestion of rational choiee from the aspect of merger way,payment way and financing channel.
