试论国有商业银行股份制改造

未来几年中,国有独资商业银行必须由机制改革深入到体制改革方面,按照现代企业制度的要求进行综合改革,为国有银行的持续发展和竞争力提升塑造微观基础。在借鉴国际银行产权制度、股份制改造经验的基础上,我国国有商业银行的股份制改造应走一条自己的路。

In the near future, the state - owned commercial banks should transform from the reform of mechanism to the reform of system, reform synthetically at the request of the modem enterprise system, and lay a micro foundation for the sustainable development and the increasing competitiveness of the state -owned commercial banks. Using the experiences of international banks in both reform in the system of property right and the stock transformation for reference, we put forward some proposals on the stock transformation of our state - owned commercial banks.
