山区小城镇可持续发展初探——以郴州为例

Probing into Sustainable Development of Construcion of Rural Town

现阶段郴州的小城镇建设主要存在布局分散,设施落后,规划滞后,管理力度不够,建设秩序较乱,产业结构趋同,特色不鲜明,建设资金不足等问题。分析认为郴州的小城镇建设应该采取可持续发展的道路,并提出了可持续发展的模式,即农字特色的产业结构模式,示范性的城镇建设道路模式,因地制宜的城镇类型模式,突出环境保护的生态模式。

At present, Chenzhou has many problems and obstacles during its construction of rural towns, which include scatteration of arrangement, backwardness of installation and scheme, lack of management, disorder of cosmos, similarity of industry structure and feature and shortage of capital etc. Based on this, the author raise a point of walking a sustainable development way in Chenzhou and give four models according to ths matter of fact.
