摘要
以国家信息化6要素为基础,从信息化基础设施建设、信息产业发展水平、信息化发展环境、社会信息化水平、信息化人才队伍建设等方面对广州的信息化发展进行评估和分析,并在此基础上给出了广州目前信息化发展水平的基本判断。
Based on six national informatization essential factors, this paper makes evaluation and analysis for Guangzhou's development of informtization in informatization infrastructure, information industry development, informtization development environment, society informatization and informatization talent, then gives a basic judgement for informatixation development level of present Guangzhou.
