摘要
分析了供应链环境下,现有的几种合作伙伴的挑选方法,并在此基础上提出了博弈分析法这种新的方式,是博弈论这种工具在管理中的具体应用。另外,还系统地分析了博弈分析法与其他各种方法相比的优缺点,以及这种方法在现实操作中的可行性和具体的操作步骤,并结合实例,定量地研究了不同情况下的对供应商选择中的最佳策略。
This paper analyzes several present methods for choosing business partners under the environment of supply chain. Based on this, a new method named game analysis method is brought forward, and it is a kind of application in management of game theory. At the same time, this paper systematically analyzes not only the good aspect and the bad one of game analysis comparing with other methods, but also the feasibility and the concretely operating steps. In the end, this paper presents an example, and quantitatively studies the optima! tactic in different conditions.
