Whereas negotiation and trust are usually regarded as internal coordination mechanisms within network organization, the adaptability of itself is neglected though it is a better coordination approach as well. From the view of adaptation network organization reacts to environmental changes, the paper points out another coordination mechanism between network organization members and between them and external environment the adaptation approach.
