摘要
从产权理论的角度论述了我国现有农用土地资源产权制度不足,提出了改革农村土地资源产权制度的基本内容,即土地资源产权的明晰化和土地资源产权交易的市场化。
Based on the defect of old property of soil resources in China, the author put forward the basic content about the reformation of property of soil resource, which are distinctive definition of property of soil resource and realizing the rights exchange.
