公正问题被视为现代社会最重要的问题之一 ,现代社会要有经济公正 ,社会公正和法律意义上的公正。而在社会主义市场经济条件下 ,经济公正尤为重要 ,从而引发社会公正和法律公正。本文着重论述经济公正 ,公正与效率 ,经济公正与社会公正的关系 ,探讨了市场经济下经济公正的特征 。

The matter of justice is regarded as the most important issue in modern society. We need economic, social justice and the justice in the sense of law. Furthermore, under the condition of socialist market-oriented economy, economic justice becomes even more important, which brings about social & legal justice .The article expounds the economic justice,justtce & efficiency,and the relationship between economic justice & social justice and discusses the characteristics of economic justice under the market-oriented economy and how to get the true justice.
