The article reviews the process of science and technology development since the 20th century ,and discusses the charactetistics of science and technology development.It also puts forward some suggestions on science and technology development:firstly,pay attention to the basic science study ;secondly ,cultivate people's consciousness of science study in life;thirdly,speed up the creative talent education;last,insists on the road of endurable development.
