摘要
创新人才的培养 ,离不开教师的创新示范 ,创新示范要求教师在课堂教学中展示自己的发现能力、重组能力、创造能力。具体表现为在教学总体设计上构建一个充实的理论框架 ,在教材的处理上向缝隙发问 ;在讲述的过程中多用类比旁通。
An innovative capable person can't come out without teacher's innovative demonstration in class, which demands teachers' abilities of discovery, re-organization and creation during the classroom teaching. Teachers should make a full theory frame in their teaching general design. When dealing with a text, teachers should ask students questions.In the teaching process, teachers may made students understood by using analogy.
