高校心理健康教育的误区与方法探索

Reflections on the Misconceptions and Ways of the Mental Health Education in Universities

加强心理健康教育是适应竞争日益激烈的现代化社会的客观要求 ,也是当前大学生心理健康状况的要求。本文从分析心理健康教育的误区入手 ,提出应该正确认知心理健康教育与德育之间的关系 ,正确区分心理健康教育与心理咨询的异同。同时根据实践经验得出 ,心理健康教育的有效途径应该是工作组织化 ,内容课程形式多样化及咨询工作科学化 。

With regard to present undergraduates , situation about mental health,the task to strengthen their mental health education becomes more and more important.This paper starts with various misconceptions about mental health education, analyzes the relationship between mental health education and moral education, and then illustrates its distinction from psychological consultation. Finally, on the basis of sufficient experiences, this paper sums up four approaches to realizing mental health education:organization work, diversified courses, scientfic consultation and specialized teachers, aiming at helping college students better adapt to the fierce rivalry in the modern society.
