摘要
本文通过对悬赏广告法律性质不同观点的比较 ,阐述了单方法律行为说的恰当性。在此基础上 ,进一步论述单方法律行为理论下广告人和指定行为完成人的权利和义务。
The article expounds the appropriatness of unilateral act through the comparism of different opinoins toward legal character of advertisement of reward.On the theory of unilateral act,it further discusses the rights and duty of advertisers and designated action executers.
