Since the 1990s, there have appeared some new trends in America's elementary education reform, among which, the voucher is one of the most controversial reform items. Exploring into the voucher practice in the U.S. can offer us a better understanding of the current education movement in America. Furthermore, it may also provide some valuable experience for China's education reform.
