在公共资助紧约束条件下 ,学费水平确定对高等教育的简单再生产和扩大再生产具有重要影响。当前 ,我国大学学费标准确定应综合考虑学生家庭的支付能力、学校简单再生产和扩大再生产的需要等因素。同时 ,应建立贫困生助学基金、奖学金、助学贷款、校内勤工助学等机制 。

At present, in determining tuition, various factors should be considered such as the family's income and payment ability, the needs for simple reproduction and enlarging reproduction.
