The Measurement of the Mannito Contents of Cordyceps Sinensis by Water Extraction Approach

本研究旨在完善和评价冬虫夏草甘露醇含量测定过程中的水提取方法.对其线性范围进行双重考察基础上,引入概念——测量系统分辨率,对测定方法进行综合评价,并对水提取主要技术参数进行直接优化.本测定方法的实际系统分辨率达到6.51‰,样品预处理过程中时间、温度优化结果是在80℃水浴中,用蒸馏水浸提30min.本测定方法对虫草样品甘露醇含量的差异具有完全足够的分辨能力,优化样品预处理技术参数,可使样品顸处理速度提高1倍.

Goal: To perfect and evaluate the water extraction method in the process of measuring the Mannito contents of Cordyceps Sinensis.Method: To introduce the concept - measuring system - distinguishing rate, to make a synthetic evaluation of the measuring methods and obtain the main parameter from the water to reach the direct optimization on the basis of conducting binary investigation within the linear scope. Result :The practical system distinguishing rate of this measuring method reaches 6.51% . In the pre - process of samples, the optimization of time and temperature results in the shower at 80℃ and the 30 - minute dipping of distilled water. Conclusion:This method is possess of a full and strong distinguishing ability of the Mannito content differences of Cordyceps Sinensis samples. The pre - process technical parameter of optimized samples can double the speed of pre - processing samples.
