摘要
技术与环境的迅速变化 ,对企业如何利用外部资源特别是企业间的关系资源提出了更高的要求。本文提出了转换成本的概念 ,并在此基础上提出了企业组织模型 ,指出了网络组织的核心能力要素 ,探讨了核心能力的构建及网络组织的扩张模式。
With the rapid changing of technology and environment, it is important for enterprises to learn how to use resource especially relation resource. This paper puts forward the concept of transition cost, and then makes a model of organization of enterprise, points out the factors of core competence of networks, finally the author studies on how to form core competences and develop the networks.
