地质队伍“野战军”直属队伍建设与管理有关问题的探讨

A Look at Some Problems Relating to the Construction and Management of the So-called “Field Army” in Geological Circles

2 0 0 1年 11月 3 0日 ,国土资源部召开的中国地质调查局健全完善大会标志着地质队伍“野战军”的建设进入了实施阶段。加强地调局直属单位各项管理工作 ,全面提高队伍素质是加快地质队伍“野战军”建设的重要保证。本文通过分析中国地质调查局直属单位建设与管理现状、存在的问题 ,探讨如何加强直属队伍的建设与管理 。

A conference, aimed at improving China's Geological Survey, was held by the Ministry of Land and Resources on November 30th 2001. At this conference it was noted that the construction of the “field army” has been put into practice. This paper suggests that it is necessary to have certain guarantees, and that speeding up the construction of the 'field army' can strengthen management work of units directly under the China geological survey. It is also argued that the “field army” can also improve the quality of the geological teams. Finally, the paper analyses the current situation and the problems associated with geological units, and then discusses several countermeasures for promoting better management.
