摘要
32只雄兔随机分为输精管结扎组(VG)9只,假手术组(SOG)9只作为对照。输精管吻合组(VAG)14只,于双侧输精管结扎术后第12个月吻合双侧输精管,术后第5个月检测结果表明:①VAG Na^+,K^+-ATPase活力为53.42±14.03μmolpi/mg.h,虽明显低于SOG但却显著地高于VG;②VAG的Mg^(2+)-ATPase活力与SOG比较无差异;③睾丸Na^+,K^+-AT-Pase、Mg^(2+)-ATPase活力和睾丸重量与精子密度均呈密切地正相关。
Thirty- two Japanese white male rabbits were divided into sham oparation group (SOG). Vasectomy group (VG) asa anastomosis group (VAG) in which anastomosis of vasa deferens was performed 12 months after vasectomy. The results showed that: (1) Na-, K+-ATPase activities in SOG. VAG.
