神经内窥镜下微创手术治疗脑出血

TREATMENT FOR HYPERTENSIVE CEREBRAL HEMORRHAGE BY NEUROENDOSCOPE

目的 :探索神经内窥镜治疗高血压脑出血。方法 :运用德国蛇牌神经内窥镜治疗 37例高血压脑出血。结果 :与单纯颅内血肿抽吸治疗方法相比较 ,运用神经内窥镜可直视下快速、彻底清除血肿 ,治疗组血肿完全吸收平均天数为 (15± 3.8)d ,对照组血肿完全吸收平均天数为 (18± 4 .7)d。结论 :神经内窥镜下做此手术可避免盲目穿刺损伤脑组织 。

Objective:To study the effect of neuroendoscope operation to hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Method:Thirty-seven cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were operated by the neuroendoscope(Aesculap).Result:Compared with simply hematoma aspiration, with visulized manipulation, neuroendoscope operation could evacuate hematoma more fast and completely, moreover, the average hematoma-absorbing time of the neuroendoscope group(15±3.8)d was lower than that of the control group (18±4.7)d.Conclusion:Neuroendoscope operation was better than simply hematoma aspiration because it could avoid damage to brain tissue by blind puncture.
