经内镜金属夹钳夹术治疗上消化道出血

TREATMENT OF UPPER GASTROINTESTINAL BLEEDING THROUGH ENDOSCOPIC HEMOCLIPPING

目的 :探讨内镜金属钛夹治疗上消化道出血的应用价值。方法 :使用OlympusGIF130电子胃镜及Olym pus钛夹 (MD85 0型 )及推送器 (HX - 5LR -I)。结果 :既时止血率达 10 0 % ,无 1例出现再出血和并发症 ;9例患者共用金属夹 2 1枚 ,平均每例 2 .1枚。结论 :经内镜金属夹治疗上消化道出血疗效高 ,创伤小 ,适应症广 ,并发症少 。

Objective:To discuss the efficacy of endoscopic hemoclipping in treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods:A total of 9 cases with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding are treated with electronic gastroscopy and hemoclipping. Male:female=4∶5 ,age from 17 to 72 ,average 48.3,primary diseases are listed as followings: 3 cases of gastric ulcer, 2 cases of duodenal ulcer,2 cases of Deulafoy disease, 1 case of esophagitis ,1 case of rip of esophagic mucosa.Results:All of the cases stop bleeding immediately after therapy,21 clips are used and average 2.3 for each patient.Usually clips are discharged within 1～3 weeks. A case of duodenal ulcer is examined again 3 months after therapy, and the clips are found remaining at the focus. Conclusion:Endoscopic therapy is a safe, effective method.It can be used as a major method for acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding after traditional medical therapy and unfit for operation.
