膝骨性关节炎的关节镜治疗(附134例报告)

ARTHROSCOPY TREATMENT OF OSTEOARTHRISTIS OF THE KNEE

目的 :探讨膝骨性关节炎的关节镜治疗方法及疗效。方法 :对 134例 (134膝 )膝关节骨性关节炎病人行镜下检查、滑膜切除和关节清理。结果 :平均随访 4 1个月 ,优良 97例 ,好转 35例 ,无变化 4例。结论 :关节镜手术可直接观察和处理膝关节的病变 ,创伤小 ,恢复快 ,并发症少 。

Objective:To disscuss the method and result of the arthroscopy treatment of osteoarthristis of the knee.Methods:Arthroscopy examinations, synovectomy and debridements were performed on 134 knees in 134 patients with osteoarthristis of the knee.Results:The average follow-up period was 41.0 months .Ninty-seven cases excellent, 35 cases fair, 4 cases poor.Conclusion:The arthroscopy was a useful method for early diagnosis and treatment of OA of the knee.It had the advantages of less injury, fast recovery, less complication and was an effective method for old patients with osteoarthristis of the knee.
