摘要
目的:了解大剂量动脉灌注氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)后局部与外周血药浓度之间的差异。方法:用紫外分光光度法测定大剂量动脉灌注5-Fu后局部与外周的血药浓度。结果:标准曲线的回归方程为Y=-7.02+279.54X,相关系数r=0.9927,回收率为92.61%~103.8%,日内差异为6.89%~7.82%,日间差异为6.53%~7.93%。5例肿瘤患者大剂量动脉灌注5-Fu后,局部动脉和外周静脉血药浓度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:5-Fu大剂量动脉灌注提高了局部的血药浓度,但外周的血药浓度也很高。
Objective:To study difference between local and peripheral blood concentration of Fluorouracil(5-Fu)after high dose arterial perfusion.Methods :Assay local and peripheral blood concentration of 5-Fu after high dose arterial perfusion by UV spectrophotometry.Results:Regression equation of standard curve is Y=-7.02+279.54X,correlation coefficient r=0.9927,recover rate is92.61%~103.8%,deviation in days is6.89%~7.82%,deviation between days is6.53%~7.93%.For5cases of cancer patient ,after high dose arterial perfusion of 5-Fu,local and peripheral blood concentration has no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:High dose arterial perfusion of 5-Fu increase the local blood concentration,but it also increase the peripheral blood concentration.
