目的:建立“放射性碘化IBZM”的细菌内毒素检查方法。方法:按“细菌内毒素检查法”操作。结果:样品对鲎试剂无干扰作用。结论:细菌内毒素检查法适用于检测“放射性碘化IBZM”。

OBJECTIVE:To establish a bacterial endotoxin test(BET) for radio - iodinated IBZM.METHODS:This test was carried out according to the method of BET.RESULTS: The samples of radio - iodinated IBZM did not interfere with the action of limulus test agent .CONCLUSION: BET is suitable for detection of radio- iodinated IBZM.
