65例肾错构瘤的诊疗分析

Analysis of diagnosis and treatment of renal angiomyolipoma (Report of 65 cases)

目的:提高肾错构瘤(AML)的诊疗水平。方法:对65例肾错构瘤诊治资料回顾总结分析。结果:65例肾错构瘤全部经手术和病理证实,行肾切除术34例。肾部分切除术15例,肾错构瘤切除术16例。其中双侧肾错构瘤8例,恶变4例。结论:肾错构瘤手术后应长期随访,因肾错构瘤有复发、双侧性及恶变可能,肾错构瘤应早期诊断,尽早手术.保留肾脏。

Purpose; To improve the diagnosis and treatment of renal angiomyolipoma (RAML). Method; The data of diagnosis and treatment of 65 RAM], cases were analyzed retrospectively. Result;65 RAML patients all underwent surgery and pathological diagnosis was produced. Surgical operations included 34 cases of nephrectomy, 15 cases of partial nephrectomy and 1 6 cases of enucleation. Among these patients, 8 cases of bilateral RAML and 4 cases of malignancy were seen. Conclusion;Because of the possibility of RAML recurrence, bilateral lesions and malignant changes, postoperative long-term follow-up was necessary for RAML. Early diagnosis and treatment were indicated for RAML in the aim of renal-sparing.
