大豆皂甙的抑瘤效应

INHIBITING EFFECT OF TOTAL SOYASAPONIN ON TUMOR CELLS

本实验通过大豆皂甙[Total soyasaponin TS]对肿瘤细胞的间接作用和直接作用,研究TS的抑瘤效应。体内实验结果表明:经口投予TS的S180荷瘤鼠,其TS可间接作用S180细胞而抑制它的生长;将TS经腹腔注射使TS直接作用于S180腹水瘤细胞,TS也非常明显地抑制肿瘤细胞的生长。体外实验结果亦证明TS可直接杀伤肿瘤细胞,即TS可明显地抑制S180细胞和YAC-1细胞的DNA合成,并对K562细胞和YAC-1细胞有明显的细胞毒作用。

Direct and indirect inhibitory effect of total soyasapanin (TS) on tumor cells was studied. In vivo, when TS was given by mouth or i. p., growth of S180 cells was inhibited directly in晅umor-bearing mice. In vitro, it was also identified that TS may kill the tumour cells directly through inhibition of DNA synthesis in S180 cells and YAC-1 cells. Moreover, it also exerted a marked cyto-toxic action on K562 cells and YAC-1 cells.
