摘要 现已证明,机体除骨髓基质细胞之外,其它的细胞也能分泌造血细胞集落刺激因子(CSF)。实验研究发现,体外培养的小鼠肺、脾及胸腺细胞在受到ConA或LPS的刺激作用后,CSF分泌量明显增加,在低剂量时(1.0μg/孔),即有促进CSF分泌的作用,在5.0μg/孔时,促进CSF分泌的作用达最高水平。结果表明,体内许多细胞受到丝裂原刺激时,CSF分泌量增加,有利于激活造血和免疫系统,增强机体的抵抗力。 It has been verified that, besides stromal cells in the bone marrow, other cells in the body may also secrete hematopoietic colony-stimulating factors (CSF). Our experimental results showed that cells derived from the lung, spleen and thymus stimulated by Concanavalin A (Con A) or Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in vitro markedly increased the secretion of GSF, and the stimulating effect occurred in low doses of Con A or LPS (1. 0 μg/well). A plateau of the stimulation was reached at 5. 0 μg/well. It is suggested that various cells in the body can synthesize and secrete a large amount of CSF in response to stimulation, resulting in activation of the hematopoietic and immunological functions and enchancement of resistance to disease of the organism.
