摘要
采用体外受体标记放射自显影方法 ,分别考察了出生后 3周龄 (2 1dpn)、6周龄 (42dpn)和成年 (70dpn)实施单耳堵塞的沙土鼠中脑下丘背侧核 (ICd)、外侧核 (ICx)和中央核 (ICc)部位Glu受体密度的分布。结果表明 ,成年堵耳组动物堵耳对侧和同侧下丘神经元Glu受体密度分布没有显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;3周龄和 6周龄堵耳组动物之间具有相似的规律 ,呈现堵耳对侧下丘神经元Glu受体密度明显少于堵耳同侧 (P <0 .0 5 )的不均衡分布 ,且这种不平衡性分布在 3周龄堵耳组动物上表现得更为明显。本实验结果提示 ,生后 6周前实施单耳堵塞对沙土鼠中脑下丘神经元Glu受体发育具有明显影响。
Using the autoradiographic technique, we studied the effect of monaural plugging on the density of Glu receptor in the inferior collicular (including ICd, ICx and ICc) neurons of the gerbil at the different postnatal ages (21dpn, 42dpn and 70dpn). In the adult plugging groups, the density of the Glu receptor in the contralateral neurons was not different from that in the ipsilateral neurons, showing that monaural plugging in the adult had no significant influence on the density of the Glu receptor. In the 3 week plugging groups and 6 week plugging groups, the density of Glu receptor in the contralateral neurons was significantly lower than that in ipsilateral neurons( P< 0.05), moreover, this imbalance distribution was more obvious in the 3 week plugging groups. In was suggested that monaurally plugging by 6 postnatal weeks had significant effect on the density of Glu receptors in the inferior collicular neurons. \[
