哺乳动物生精的重要因子:cAMP应答元件调控因子 被引量:5

摘要 环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)应答元件调控因子(CREM)是cAMP相关转录因子,在睾丸内用不同的启动子和变位剪接能产生CREM阻遏因子和激活因子转录产物。CREM激活因子在减数分裂后单倍体生殖细胞中高表达,是精子细胞成熟所必需的。啮齿类,猴和人类的睾丸CREM表达分析结果显示CREM对哺乳动物睾丸中精子细胞的发育很重要。而且已经鉴别出许多单倍体生殖细胞中CREM的靶基因。生精紊乱和精子细胞成熟阻滞的男性有异常的CREM表达和变位剪接。总之,许多证据表明CREM对哺乳动物精子细胞的成熟有重要作用。
