摘要
本文探讨了西洋参(Panax.quinquefolia,or America ginseng)茎叶总甙(PNS)对环磷酰胺(Cyclophosphamide,CY)造成的骨髓受抑模型鼠细胞免疫及骨髓增殖的调节效应。结果表明PNS可部分恢复CY抑制骨髓细胞增殖能力和脾细胞的活性,且明显提高受抑小鼠IL—3,IL—6样物质的产生。提示PNS通过对造血相关因子的调节作用拮抗CY所致的骨髓抑制。
The regulatory effects of panax quinquefolia saponin on cellular immunology and bone marrow stem cell proliferation in mice treated with cyclophosphamide (CY) were studied. The results indicated that PNS could partially restore the activity of the depressed bone marrow stem cell proliferation and splenocyte proliferation in mice, and enhance IL - 3. IL - 6 like substances produced from the splenocytes in these mice.It was suggested that PNS could partially antagonize the depressing effects of CY on the bone marrow stem cell proliferation by regulating the haematopoietic growth factor production by spleno-cytes.
