Restoration of molar residual roots and crowns with multiple canals by unpar alleled posts:an evaluation

目的采用不平行就位道桩核烤瓷冠修复磨牙残根残冠多根管。方法利用铸造法制做不平行就位道桩核,完成对磨牙残根残冠的保存修复。结果总体修复效果理想。结论不平行就位道增加了核的固位强度,为烤瓷冠修复提供了良好的根基,临床疗效确切,实为一种理想的修复方法。

Objective To repair the residual roots and crowns of th e molars with multi-canals using unparalleled posts and cores and ceramic crown s. Methods Unparalleled insertion of the posts and cores was adopted in the cast ing of the ceramic crown to repair the residual roots and crowns of the molars. Results and Conclusion Unparalleled insertion of the posts in-creased the reten tion strength of the cores, which provided a solid foundation for the restoratio n of the molars with ceramic crowns, therefore yielding better clinical effect in repairing the molars.
