摘要
目的报告1例小儿胸膜肺母细胞瘤(PPB)的诊断及治疗。提出PPB极易误诊,早期确诊并手术治疗是决定预后的关键。
To report our experience in the diagnosis a nd treatment of a child with pleuropulmonary blastoma, which frequently gives ris e to misdiagnosis and whose early diagnosis and proper treatment is the key elem ent to ensure a favorable clinical re-sult.
