血清可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体Ⅰ、Ⅱ与早期自然流产临床关系的研究

Study of the relation between the level of soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor I, II in serum and the early spontaneous abortion

目的研究早期自然流产妇女血清中可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体 (sTNFR)Ⅰ和Ⅱ的水平。方法应用双抗体夹心ABC -ELISA法检测孕 3月内 2 0例正常妊娠、2 0例第一次自然流产 (spon taneousabortion ,SA)和 15例反复自然流产 (recurrentspontaneousabortion ,RSA)妇女血清中的sTNFRⅠ与sTNFRⅡ。结果SA与对照组比较 ,sTNFRⅠ显著增高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;sTNFRⅠ与sTNFRⅡ在RSA中的水平较SA均有显著增高 (P <0 0 1)。结论sTNFR可能与自然流产的发生发展有关。其水平 (尤其是sTN FRⅠ )的升高就妊娠而言可能具有自我保护和自我稳定的生理意义。

objective To study the level of soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor (sTNFR) I, II in serum of early spontaneous abortion. Methods sTNFR I, sTNFR II were measured by sandwich ABC-ELISA in 20 cases with the first time spontaneous abortion (SA), 15 cases with recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) and 20 cases of normal pregnancies as the control. Results The serum sTNFR I of SA were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05), sTNFR I and sTNFR II in RSA were significantly higher than those in the SA ( P <0.05). Conclution sTNFR maybe associated with the oncogenesis and development of spontaneous abortion. The elevated expression of sTNFR (especially sTNFR I) maybe has self-protecting and self-stablizing effect on pregnancy.
