Revascularized free ilium flap to repair forefoot defect

目的报道吻合血管的髂骨皮瓣修复前足缺损的手术方法及应用效果。方法设计带旋髂深血管的髂骨皮瓣修复前足缺损。结果临床应用 9例 ,8例成活、1例坏死 ,随访 6～ 12月 ,足的负重及行走功能恢复较好。结论带血管髂骨皮瓣移植为修复前足缺损的理想方法。

Objective To evaluate the methods and the clinical effects of forefoot defect repair with revascularized free ilium flap. Methods. Ilium flap was used by anastmosing circumflex iliaca , deep to repair forefoot defects. Results In 9 cases, the excellent and good were 8 cases, the poor was 1 case. All of the patients were followed up 6 mouths to 1 year. All of the traumatized forefoot reponded normally to support body weight and walk. Conclusion Revascularized free ilium flap is effective and ideal in reconstructing forefoot defect.
