摘要
实验在浅麻醉大鼠中进行,结果表明缰核(Hb)内35.8%的单位被自身波动性血压升高(SFI)和静脉注射去甲肾上腺素引起的血压升高(NAI)兴奋。19.8%的单位被SFI和NAI抑制。33.3%的单位被SFI兴奋,但对NAI无反应。11.1%的单位被SFI抑制,但对NAI无反应。双侧Hb内微量注射利多卡因使自身性血压波动明显减弱。
Under light anesthesia, in habenular nucleus (Hb) in rats. 35. 8% units were excited and 19. 8% u-nits were inhibited by spontaneously fluctuating increase in blood pressure (SFI) and increase in blood pressure after intravenous injection of noradrenaline (NAI). 33. 3% units were excited by SFT. but had no response to NAI: 11.1 % units were inhibited by SFI. but ahd no response to NAI. The spontaneous fluctuation of blood pressure was sttenuated significantly by microinjection of lidocaine into the bilateral Hb.
