摘要
以聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维 (维纶纤维 PVF)为基体 ,制备螯合纤维 .采用四价锰盐引发丙烯腈 ( AN)在 PVF上接枝共聚 ,经胺肟化反应使接枝在 PVF基体上的聚丙烯腈的腈基转化为偕胺肟基 ,制备了偕胺肟功能基含量较高 ,对重金属离子和铀酰离子有较好的选择吸附性的螯合纤维 .研究了高锰酸钾预处理条件及接枝共聚各条件对接枝反应的影响 ,并以接枝率和接枝效率为参数确定了最佳实验条件 .分析腈基转化为胺肟基的胺肟化反应的各种影响因素 ,以转化率为参数确定实验条件 .结果表明 ,在选定的实验条件下进行预处理、接枝共聚反应、胺肟化反应 。
The graft copolymerization of a crylamide onto bleached cotton fibres substrate using Mn 4+ ,Mn 3+ ,Mn 2+ is reported.A new method of grafting acrylonitrile onto cellulose with Mn 4+ as initiator developed under proper conditions,higher graft increment could be obtained by keeping homopolymerization at its minimum. It can concluded that Mn 4+ is a rather effectiveness and feasible initiator.According the experiment of MnO 2 which restored by KMnO 4 absorbing on cellulose, a new ideal which prepared the collulosic is decided.This means that the grafting of acrylonitrile on cellulose after suitable posttreatment by KMnO 4 is available.In the same way, the influences of cellulosic which come from amidoximation is studied.
