摘要
介绍了新型鞣剂 7-羟基全氢化恶唑并恶嗪 (双环恶唑嗪 ,简称 OX-Z)的合成方法 ,并对合成条件进行了优化。通过正交实验确定合成的最佳条件为 :将等摩尔量的二乙醇胺在 1 0℃水浴中缓慢滴入乙二醛中 ,滴加时间 0 .5h,在 2 0℃水浴中继续反应 1 .5h,产率为 62 .9%。
In this paper we introduced the method of a novel compound-perhydro--oxazolo-1,4-oxazines(OX-Z). We got the optimum condition: the proportion of diethanolamine to glyoxal is 1∶1. The time is 0.5h that diethanolamine are introduced into glyoxal under stirring at a temperature 10℃, then at a temperature 20℃ the reaction was continued and the reacting time is 1.5h. The yield of OX-Z was up to 62.9%.
