摘要
研究了用大孔吸附树脂制备茶多酚精品的工艺 :用正交试验优化的浸提方案浸提茶叶所得的浸提液 ,浓缩后调节 p H值 ,使色素和咖啡碱得到预分离 ,再选用 NKA-2大孔吸附树脂进行吸附柱层析 ,解吸剂用 80 % (质量分数 )乙醇 ,解吸液以乙酸乙酯萃取两次可得茶多酚精品 ,提取率 1 3 .65% ,纯度可达 94.72 %。
The method for abstracting tea polyphenols(TP)from tea leaves using macroporous resins was studied in this paper: the optimal operation conditions of soaking was found by orthogonal experiment, decoloring and decaffeinating crude extract by regulating pH value, loading it onto a column contains an adsorbent- macropore resin NKA-2 for specifically adsorbing TP; desorbing TP with 80% ethyl alcohol; extracting said solvent with EtAc 2 times, we obtained the high purity TP product. The purity reaches 94.72% and the yield is 13.65%.
