摘要
通过分析抄纸过程定量控制系统具有大滞后、非线性 ,时变的特点 ,采用实验法建立了系统数学模型 ,利用一种输出预报的 PI控制方法 ,对某 1 760纸机实施实时控制 ,经实际运行表明 ,输出预报的 PI控制方法能有效克服纯滞后对系统的影响 ,具有较好的鲁棒性。
By analyzing make-paper process, the paper points out that the basis weight system has the qualities of delaying, non-line and variety. The mathematical model is set up by adopting experimentation in which the PI control method on output predictive is used to on-time control 1760 paper-making machine. The experiment indicates that being better , The PI control method on output predictive can effectively overcome entire delaying on the system.
