半开放穿导针改进鹅头钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折

TREATMENT OF INTERTROCHANTERIC FRACTURE WITH IMPROVED HIP NAILS USING SEMI-OPEN INSERTION OF THE LEADING NEEDLE METHOD

本文报告作者近10年来,半开放穿导针鹅头钉(部分为改进鹅头钉)内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折26例。此法损伤小、固定牢,省去术中多次拍片定位,大大缩短了手术时间,一般年老体弱患者多能经得起手术侵袭,很适用于一般基层无电视X光机或移动X光机的医院开展此项手术。

The authors have successfully treated intertrochanteric fracture of the femur in 26 patients, using hip nails (partly improved hip nails) with semi-open insertion of leading-needles during the past decade. This method causes little injury and has strong stability. It can also save much time used in repeated X-ray orientation during the operation, and thus, the operation time is much shortened. Most old and weak can stand the operation well. It is suitable for hospitals without television X-ray apparatus or movable X-ray apparatus.
