Sertoli细胞的培养及其对生精细胞支持作用的研究

STUDIES ON CULTURATION OF SERTOLI CELLS AND ITS SUPPORTING EFFECTS ON SPERMATOGENIC CELLS

本文培养幼龄大鼠Sertoli细胞,培养1周细胞纯度达95％以上,3周细胞仍保持止常形态。生精细胞和Sertoli细胞混合培养及Sertoli细胞条件培养液培养生精细胞,结果表明Sertoli细胞可通过和生精细胞在接接触及分泌调节物质对生精细胞的体外存活、增殖、分化等起着支持作用。

Sertoli cells of juvenile Wistar rats were cultured. The percentage of pure Sertoli cells in the cultures was over 95% after culturation for one week, and the normal morphology of these cells could be kept for three weeks. A portion of the germ cells were cocultured with the Sertoli cells and a portion were cultured in the conditional fluid for cultivating Sertoli cells. The results demonstrated that Sertoli cells play an important role in supporting the survival, proliferation and differentiation of germ cells in vitro by contacting directly with them and secreting regulating factors.
