我国当前的财政税收政策存在一些不利于农业可持续发展的问题。应逐步对其进行调整,增加财政对涉农行业的无偿投入,大力发展政策性投融资,调整财政支农投入的使用方向。同时完善税收制度,优化现行税收支出政策,以促进我国农业的可持续发展。

There are some problems on the sustained development of the agriculture in the present financial and tax policies. These problems should be solved by increasing finance, adjusting finance into agriculture. Meanwhile, tax system should be perfected, the tax expenditure policy should be made superior in order to improve the sustained development of the agriculture.
