我国加入WTO给图们江地区的对外开放和发展带来了难得的机遇。实施图们江地区的国际开发战略,离不开强有力的资金保障。但仅靠现有的资金来源渠道和投融资方式,很难满足图们江地区国际开发的要求,应通过改善投资环境,放宽产业准入限制等措施,通过市场获得更多的外资。

A chance appears with opening to the outside world and development in China' s Northeast Region. Fund commitment is very important, when carrying out the international development strategy. It is difficult to meet the needs of this requirement by the present funds. Therefore, some measures, such as improving investment environment, relaxing restriction for some industries,should be taken.
