块状非晶锆合金弹丸侵彻装甲性能研究

摘要 利用在非晶中生成第二相粒子和使非晶中含有微晶与纳米晶的方法使非晶合金具有不同的性能 ,对这些材料进行静态、动态压缩实验和侵彻钢、铝板实验后发现 ,Be和非晶合金中的第二相粒子可以提高非晶合金的静态抗压强度和动态压缩强度 ,并使非晶材料具有正应变率效应 ,提高非晶材料的侵彻钢和铝靶板的能力。 Amorphous alloys with different performances were produced by means of creating second phase particles or forming microcrystal and nanocrystal grains in amorphous materials. Static and dynamic compression tests and armor-penetrating tests were carried out on these materials. The results show that Be and the second phase particles in amorphous alloys can improve the static and dynamic compression strength of amorphous alloys, make amorphous materials to have positive strain rate effect, and can improve the penetration capacity of amorphous materials into steel and Al targets, while amorphous alloys containing microcrystal and nanocrystal grains don't have the whole characteristics.
