摘要
采用特殊的含有铁粉的物料 (F料 )冶炼高牌号纯铁 ,用F料配加废钢可在普通电弧炉上冶炼出YT4和超低磷、硫纯铁 ,讨论了其热力学条件 ,在建立了冶炼过程的微观动力学和宏观动力学的图示模型基础上 ,研究了其脱碳。
The process of producing super pure Fe by means of smelting Fe powder and waste steel in electric arc furnace was studied. The thermodynamics and dynamics of the decarbonisation and dephosphorization processes were investigated based on the model of micro-dynamics and macro-dynamics established in this paper.
